The Interiors Edit: Buckhurst Apartment

An eclectic collection of art and antiques are elegantly arranged with soft furnishings and decor in this private Sydney Harbour-front residence.

Generous house-size proportions and a covetable harbour-front location proved the perfect foil for this elegant Double Bay apartment refresh. Working with many of the clients' existing pieces, an earthy palette of classic #Busatti Italian fabrics were applied to upholstery, soft furnishings and window dressings to create a cosy and cohesive interior.

Bespoke London blinds in Busatti's #Zodiaco teal dress the striking French balcony doors and banquet dining sash windows. Stonewashed #AnticoCasentino linen slipcovers in ocra give the oversized lounges a new relaxed luxury and a classic chaise is updated with #Eldorado fabric in donkey grey.

A limited edition woven Toile in tobacco and cream tones supports a statement wallpaper in the master bedroom suite with cashmere, linen and cotton bedding.

The palette is warm and layered, reflective of the clients' extensive collection of antique rugs, artworks and antiques.
